But here\u2019s a piece of advice from someone who\u2019s seen a lot of things in the startup world: with great power comes great responsibility. It\u2019s crucial that we think about the ethical and privacy implications of these technologies. In my experience mentoring thousands of entrepreneurs, I always emphasize the importance of innovating responsibly.<\/p>\n
Now, get ready for this: at the Federal University of Goi\u00e1s, the cutoff grade for the Artificial Intelligence course has surpassed that of Medicine! From 751.93 in 2020 to 811.01 in 2025. This is not just a number, it is a clear sign of a paradigm shift in the job market and education.<\/p>\n
As the founder of Sirius, the first neo-university in Latin America focused on technology, I can tell you: we are just at the beginning of this transformation. The demand for AI professionals is exploding, and those who prepare now will be ahead of the game.<\/p>\n
A fascinating study by Kantar Ibope Media revealed that the beta generation, children born from 2025 onwards, will not know a world without generative AI. For 88% of those interviewed, advanced technology is valued at home. We are creating a generation that will have AI as a natural extension of their capabilities.<\/p>\n
This reminds me a lot of what we discussed at Abstartups and the D\u00ednamo association about the future of entrepreneurship. Startups that know how to take advantage of this innate familiarity with AI will have an incredible competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

As an entrepreneur who has been involved in public policy, such as the Start-Up Brasil program, I know that we urgently need a regulatory framework that balances innovation and ethics. It is a complex challenge, but necessary for the healthy development of the AI ecosystem.<\/p>\n
Chinese startup DeepSeek is about to open-source its AI models. This is revolutionary! It\u2019s reminiscent of the early open source software movement that transformed the tech industry.<\/p>\n
In my experience as an angel investor and startup mentor, I have always encouraged collaboration and knowledge sharing. Open source could be the catalyst we need to democratize access to advanced AI.<\/p>\n
