In Estadão: AI regulation could kill startups and innovation in Brazil

I published an article on my blog at Estadão about the risks of the proposed regulation for artificial intelligence, according to the text of Bill No. 21/2020, which is currently being processed in the Senate and is about to be voted on. Several points in the text create legal uncertainty and managerial complexity, which may be unfeasible for startups.
